- Where are you Located?

We are a 100% online store. Located in Los Angeles California and San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
We are working to give you a better service by having our physical store in the future.

 

- When will I receive my order?

Once the order has been paid, the processing time to prepare the order is 3-5 business days after the order is generated.


All orders are subject to confirm product availability. There may be inventory or system errors and in this case we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the product.
Preparation and shipping times may be delayed due to high order volume or the country where are you located. 

USA: 3-7 business days
Honduras: 10-15 business days

 

- Can I make changes in an order already placed?

Once the order is generated it is not possible to modify or change the order through the web page, in case you want to change something it is necessary to request the change by mail mendozajewelry.us@gmail.com; the request will be taken into account as long as the shipment has not been sent previously.

 

- What is your return policy?

All SALE pieces are final sale and are not eligible to return. 

Due to the current global health situation, no product returns or exchanges will be accepted. 

No refunds, store credit only.

Once your return has been created we create a pre paid return label and send it via email so you may drop it.

We inspect the item and wait for approval.Then issue a STORE CREDIT.
